Rafiq is the founder and CEO of Linxstream Media Services, bringing more than 20 years of executive experience to this leading post-production, localization, and entertainment company. He drives Linxstream Media’s strategic vision and manages technology innovations with a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges.
Prior to founding Linxstream Media, Rafiq was Senior Technical Director at Deluxe- Middle East, where he directed global technical and operational projects including restructuring facilities in North America, United Kingdom, India, and the Middle East. Prior to this role, Rafiq was the Director of Onboarding Engineering, overseeing the testing and deployment of new specifications and tools to streamline operating workflows, maximize productivity, and ensure the delivery of quality products to clients. He also helped pioneer the use of sophisticated hardware and software technology in large- scale and complex encoding and transcoding projects.
Rafiq is multi-lingual, fluent in English, Farsi, Hindi, and Urdu. He has cursory knowledge of Arabic and Pashto.
